"Poor thing, embrace me!"

Culinary favorites
I am a flexitarian gourmet, a 'hobby chef', but I don't have a sweet tooth and therefore I'm not a dessert person...
My preferred kitchen concept is all gastronomic, creatively conceived dishes with natural and preferably local (!) (picked) ingredients.
Authentic, honest, and eco-local are very important. I absolutely hate any form of fast food or "tourist menus"! I encourage fusion food.

F & Beverages

-
Wine: As a "Burgundian" and wine lover, I cherish a cellar with over 420 bottles. These come from 60 different French wineries and estates for red wine, 23 for white, 60 for Italian red, and 10 for white. And also from 16 Spanish wineries for red and even more in various other wine countries. Who's helping me drink it?
-
Beer: As a beer lover, I especially like Duvel, Omer, and Brugse Zot. For summer thirst: a simple, perfectly tapped, fresh Jupiler.
-
Cocktails: Margarita, Bloody Mary, Manhattan
-
Special aperitifs (according to the mood and the weather) : ouzo, rum or similar based drinks (mojito, caiperinha, rum punch)
-
Liquors: don't ring a bell anymore. Previously: whisky + ginger ale, gin and tonic. Now, occasionally, a real Italian amaro. And exceptionally: Baileys (original salted caramel) when you want to snack instead of drink.
